Microsoft word?!?

how do i get microsoft word to open in multiple windows?

For example:

when i open an essay on microsoft word it opens up. when i open up a graph on Microsoft word while the essay is still open, it only shows the graph and you have to exit the graph to get to the other essay.

I want to have them both be open at the same time so at the bar at the bottom it shows 2 microsoft words.

open all the file windows you want to view simutaneously. go to windows/new. then windows/arrange all/vertically/horinzotally. then you can drag and resize to your convenience.

tip: it helps if your view/zoom is set to %26gt;100% to fit in as much data unto your monitor when you're working with multiple windows.

Just keep opening Microsoft word ... then resize each widows ...
I do that all the time, when I'm in a document I just choose open then new, it opens up another document, I have several open at the same time.

To toggle back and forth, choose window and you will see them both in the drop down, or you can drag the sides to make them both smaller and place them side by side.

It's easily done, you can also press the new document button at the in the task bar to get a second and third etc. document.
What version of word are you using? and how many applications do you have running at the same time? I use MS Word 2003 and I can do it no problem.

Let me know and I can try and replicate your problem and see if there is any reason for this.

Good luck
File%26gt;New.
insure that it is saved to your hard drive. eg... essay 1 and graph 1. you should be able to split your monitor and view the essay and the graph simultaneously.
Open up two windows. Right click at the bottom start bar and choose Horizontal or Vertical.
All you have to do is open one and then go up to file on the left top of the screen. Click on new and then window. It will open up another one for you. Good luck!!!
